Blizzards of the Heart
Grief is like a snowflake.
Sometimes it falls gently—one flake at a time.
Other times, it comes like a blizzard—sudden, overwhelming, and blinding.
It melts for a while, but somehow… it always finds its way back.
Just like every snowflake is unique, so is every grief journey.
No two are exactly alike.
I know the heartache. I know the tears. I know the emptiness that feels even heavier this time of year.
But I pray that somewhere in the middle of the sorrow, God gently touches your heart…
And that you find a flicker of joy in the memories.
Because the depth of your grief only exists because of the depth of your love.
We all grieve differently.
But the one thing we share is this:
Grief means we had someone worth loving that deeply.
Someone whose absence now echoes just as loudly as their presence once filled the room.
So if you're in the middle of one of those emotional blizzards right now—
When the world feels cold, visibility is low, and you're struggling just to stand...
Please remember this:
You are not alone. ❄🙏
