We are Moms of Faith who have lost children and understand the profound pain of such a loss. Our aim is to support other Moms who are navigating this difficult journey of grief.
We recognize that there is a unique bond that connects mothers who have lost a child. Our retreat will provide a nurturing environment where you can freely express your grief, share your stories, and connect with others who truly understand your pain.
Broken to Beautiful is more than just a retreat it is a transformative experience that honors the love you have for your child and the strength you possess as a mother.

Our Retreats

Where will it be?
Nestled in a surreal location in rural West Virginia, Lake Mountain Manor offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking mountain views. A private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle, where you can relax and rejuvenate amidst the beauty of nature.
We invite you to join us at Broken to Beautiful, where broken hearts find solace, and beauty emerges from the depths of loss. Together, we will walk hand in hand, supporting each other every step of the way. Because from brokenness can come the most profound beauty.

How much does it cost?
Thanks to our generous partners and donors, we can significantly lower the price of the retreats for you. The cost is $300 for each mom, covering accommodation, meals (from Friday dinner to Sunday brunch), and all activities at the retreat. Sponosrship are available because we never want a Mom to miss a retreat due to finanical strain.
Lodging: Your accommodations at the manor will offer a comfortable space with king, queen, or double beds. During your stay, you will share your room, bed, and bathrooms with other wonderful Mom(s) who are attending our retreat. Get ready for a cozy and supportive environment during your time with us.
The Schedule
Day 1 (Thursday): Arrive between 4pm-6pm for a a Pizza Party Meet and Greet. We will spend the evening just getting to know each other a little. We will release memorial lanterns on to the lake at sunset.
Day 2-3 (Friday/Saturday): Enjoy mornings with breakfast, coffee and devotions, various activities ( Massages, movie night, speakers, music, crafts, campfires and more). You will have time to relax with others or alone. Friday Evening we will have a water lantern release on the lake in honor of our children.
Day 4 (Sunday): Spend the morning together for brunch before departure.
Our sincerest hope for this retreat is to provide a peaceful and rejuvenating weekend for Moms to forge genuine connections that will blossom even after the retreat ends. We envision a space where strong friendships are born, creating a lasting support system for all who attend.
